2013 Big Game Draw

Applications for the draw will be accepted from Friday, May 17 until midnight June 17, 2013

The ministry is requiring all hunters who wish to apply for this year’s draw to access the new licensing system to create an account and receive a HAL ID number.  If you have purchased a 2013 angling or bear licence then you already have a HAL ID number. The HAL ID number will be a new requirement to apply for this year’s draw. 

How to Apply for the Draw

Step 1: Set up an account and be assigned a HAL ID number:

Online using the self-serve channel; 

Through private issuers, ministry offices and select park offices; or

By phone at 1-855-848-4773 - hours of operation from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

If you have purchased a 2013 Angling or Black Bear licence or have already created a HAL ID, proceed to step 2.

To encourage people to sign up for a HAL ID, there will be a random draw held on June 3, 2013, for all hunters and anglers who create a HAL ID from April 1- May 31, 2013.  Three winning entrants will each receive a $100 gift certificate to a Saskatchewan sporting goods store.  Click for contest rules.
