The 2013 Canadian Resident White-tailed Deer Draw has now been completed.

Please note that licences will NOT be mailed to drawn applicants. If drawn, your licence will be made available for you to purchase through the new automated Hunting, Angling, and Trapping (HAL) licensing system starting in early August using one of the following methods:

  • online through your personal computer (further details and instructions will be posted on the website prior to when licences become available in August);
  • through private issuers, Ministry of Environment and select provincial park offices;
  • or by phone at 1-855-848-4773 (8:00 am - 9:00 pm)

If you purchase your licence at a private issuer, Ministry of Environment or select provincial park office, or by phone, you must provide either your HAL ID or other identification included on your account and your date of birth.

Please read the 2013 Canadian Resident White-tailed Deer Draw Supplement for information on Canadian resident white-tailed deer season dates. Hunters are also advised to look at the 2013 Hunters’ & Trappers’ Guide online for further information on Regulations and any possible changes in season dates. The 2013 Hunters’ & Trappers’ Guide will be available at Ministry of Environment field offices and licence vendors in August.
